Appointment policy.
Respecting Your Time and Ours:
To ensure all our clients receive the full benefit of their scheduled treatments, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may unfortunately reduce your treatment duration, as we strive to complete all sessions within their allotted timeframe.
Late Arrivals:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delays. However, to maintain our schedule and respect the time of other clients, a tardiness of more than 10 minutes may necessitate rescheduling your appointment. Please be aware that our cancellation/no-show policy (outlined below) may apply in such situations.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
As a courtesy to fellow clients and our team at Olive & Grace Aesthetics Co., we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (Monday - Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm) for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $250.00 fee. This policy also applies if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. No exceptions will be made.
Communication Regarding Appointments: To ensure timely and accurate processing, all cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made by calling our office directly and leaving a voicemail at 209.961.9500 or through your patient portal.
Please note: Social media messages, emails, and text messages (including replies to appointment reminders) are not accepted forms of communication for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Reminder notifications are sent from a "do not reply" number.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notification ("no-show") will result in a $250.00 fee. This policy also applies to those who are unaware of our consultation policies. This fee will be charged to the card on file. If the card cannot be processed, you will receive an invoice for $250.00.
Refund policy.
Refund Policy:
We are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic services. However, please understand that individual results can vary. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Clients are responsible for the cost of any additional treatments needed to achieve their desired outcomes.
